The accusations range from inappropriate behavior, such as asking inappropriate questions to a minor girl, walking naked in front of a teenager, and exposing himself and masturbating, causing an 18-year-old’s hand to touch him. A model who was 16 in 2008 shared her experience of meeting the actor at an animal rights event, then visiting his studio where she alleges he flirted with her and was nude. Another woman, also 16 at the time, claimed that the actor approached her at a Los Angeles café, followed by late-night phone calls with sexually suggestive conversations.

Last month, DJ Allie Teilz brought renewed focus to these accusations by sharing a 2012 Facebook post on her Instagram Stories. In this post, she claimed that Leto had exhibited inappropriate and disturbing behavior towards her when she was just 17 years old. She labeled his actions as “predatory,” “terrifying,” and “unacceptable.” After sharing her account, Teilz posted over 50 testimonies from people who reported similar experiences with Leto. Some of these individuals were said to have been as young as 14 or 16 years old at the time.

Jared Leto’s spokesperson strongly refutes all accusations, insisting they are “clearly untrue” and that there was “no solicitation, complaints, or misconduct.” They claim Leto has been sober from drugs and alcohol for more than three decades.
