Stars are grieving over the demise of Brian Wilson, following the news that he passed away at the age of 82, which was made public on Wednesday.

The Wilson family, original member of The Beach Boys, mournfully announced on Instagram that their cherished father Brian Wilson has passed away: “We’re deeply saddened to inform you of the demise of our treasured father. We are momentarily speechless. For now, we ask for privacy as we grapple with our loss. We understand that we’re not alone in our grief, and we extend our love & compassion.

Soon after the news broke, celebrities took to social media to share their condolences.

John Cusack, who portrayed Wilson in the biopic titled “Love & Mercy,” shared on X: “The maestro is gone – he was a man with an open heart and two legs, able to hear angels. Literally. Tonight I send love and mercy for you and your family. Rest In Peace Brian.

Nancy Sinatra posted on Instagram: “Brian’s treasured tunes will continue to thrive across the cosmos and beyond. May heaven bless you, dear Brian. Performing ‘California Girls’ alongside him remains one of the greatest joys of my existence.

Actor Wendell Pierce expressed: “Brian Wilson has passed away at 82.
