Rage, Loneliness, and ‘Magazine Dreams’

Was wondering if Majors perceived “Magazine Dreams” as a chilling portrayal of society’s potential consequences when disregarding male isolation and anger, as some viewers see his character, Killian Maddux, as a blend of contemporary incels resembling Travis Bickle and the Joker.

Could it be that solitude in men often precedes anger, isn’t that so? What I mean is, these two aren’t always together – instead, one comes before the other.

It seems this story delves into the human experience as a whole, doesn’t it? While we may focus on male characters and masculinity, these themes permeate throughout.
