At the age of 90, she was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital due to age-related health issues. A few days after her passing, a heartfelt prayer meeting was held in her honor. On the 2nd and 3rd of May, the entire Kapoor family assembled to bid a heartfelt goodbye to their matriarch, Nirmal Kapoor, following her passing in Mumbai. Following the unexpected passing of the Kapoor family patriarch, Sonam Kapoor, accompanied by her husband Anand Ahuja, visited Nirmal Kapoor’s residence in Mumbai. Subsequently, they were spotted leaving after having spent quality time with their relatives, avoiding any encounters with the media. Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor, known for his role in Singham Again, was photographed by the paparazzi as he arrived at his grandmother’s home. He was casually dressed in a white shirt and black flared trousers.

Alongside them, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, escorted by their father Boney Kapoor, visited their grandmother’s home.
