Kartik Aaryan receives a heartfelt message from Indian shooter Manu Bhaker following her return from the Paris Olympics 2024. After watching the biographical drama “Chandu Champion,” directed by Kabir Khan, she was touched by his performance and expressed her appreciation for the film with a touching note.
Recently, India’s renowned shooter Manu Bhaker shared a picture of herself watching Kartik Aaryan’s movie “Chandu Champion” at her home. On her Instagram stories, she praised the actor for his captivating performance in the film and expressed that the movie turned out to be more relatable than she had anticipated after the Olympics ended by saying, “Now that the Olympics are over, I rushed to watch #ChanduChampion as soon as I got home, and surprisingly, it resonated with me more than expected.”
“Congratulations to @kartikaaryan on tackling that challenging role with such ease! As a fellow athlete, I understand the hardships and persistence required, particularly during preparation. The effort you’ve put into this performance is worthy of recognition – almost like earning a medal!”
Kartik, feeling touched by the response, shared Bhaker’s tale on his Instagram stories as well. He thanked Bhaker publicly, saying, “Wow!! I can’t thank you enough @bhakermanu! These are the moments I hold dear, when a true champion like you acknowledges our hard work with such kind words! #ChanduChampion, filled with love and respect for making every Indian proud (red heart and National Flag emoji).”

Manu Bhaker shone brightly at the Paris Olympics 2024 by earning a bronze medal in the women’s 10m air pistol competition and writing history. Additionally, she teamed up with Sarabjot Singh to secure India’s inaugural medal in the mixed team 10m air pistol event, adding another bronze to her collection from these games.
Under the guidance of director Kabir Khan, the movie “Chandu Champion” is a biographical portrayal of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. In the lead role, we see Kartik Aaryan, while Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Shreyas Talpade, Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Aniruddh Dave, and Bhagyashri Borse all play significant parts in this film.
Co-created by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, the movie “Chandu Champion” hit the big screens back in June of this year. Just last week in August, it became available for online viewing and can now be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
