During a conversation with yoga instructor Shlloka, nutritionist Shweta Shah shared insights about Katrina Kaif’s eating regimen and her remarkable ability to comprehend her own body’s needs.

A nutritionist noted that Katrina pays close attention to her body and has a good understanding of it. Unlike some others, she doesn’t simply rely on information from the internet without questioning its validity. (Or) The nutritionist mentioned that Katrina regularly checks in with herself about her body, and is knowledgeable about its workings. She isn’t one to blindly accept every health tip she comes across online.

Shweta went on to explain, “She’s always in quest for answers, not just about food but everything. She recognizes the healing properties of different foods and how they affect her body. Because she is deeply attuned to her own physiology, she approaches me specifically for suggestions regarding iron-rich options or suggested juices.”

The well-known dietitian for stars mentioned that the actress from “Tiger 3” is a fan of Ayurveda and practices certain self-care routines, including oil pulling, the 100-step routine after meals (shatpavali), nasal cleansing, and more.

Katrina Kaif sticks to homemade foods 

When sharing her past work experiences with Katrina, Shah explained that due to her having a warm, sun-like disposition, it’s necessary for them to provide her with refreshing foods.

So far, Katrina has been consuming black raisins and munching on fennel seeds. It’s essential that she drinks ash gourd juice, but if unavailable, she needs to have mint coriander and amla juices instead.

“Shah mentioned that the actor has a peculiar eating habit where she consumes just two meals a day without snacking in between. Her preference is for home-cooked food, which she carries with her, making it a consistent dietary choice for her. Furthermore, she revealed that the actor follows an early sleep and wake routine,” could be a paraphrased version of the original text.
