Kenzo To Host Men’s-Focused January Show & Separate Women’s Show in March

Kenzo has revealed that the upcoming Paris show on January 25th will specifically highlight menswear, marking a departure from their tradition of combined men’s and women’s presentations.

Under the leadership of Nigo, the Kenzo French brand plans to expand its women’s collection with a specific FW25 (Fall-Winter 2025) women’s fashion show during Paris Fashion Week for Women, which takes place in March. In an announcement made to WWD, Kenzo stated, “This decision is the result of three years of creative development under Nigo, who has established a strong base for Kenzo’s menswear.

Having solidified and updated the men’s collection with a unified and powerful style, the brand is excited about venturing into a fresh chapter for women’s wear. The designs will preserve Kenzo’s rich heritage but also embody a vibrant and contemporary spirit.

Kenzo is said to have established a fresh creative crew, working on women’s designs in collaboration with Nigo, prior to their upcoming separate showcase. Yet, the brand intends to revert back to a mixed gender collection for the Spring season of 2026, which will take place later this summer.

In 2021, a renowned Japanese fashion designer assumed leadership at Kenzo, previously recognized as the creator of the influential streetwear brand A Bathing Ape. This appointment signified the first time a Japanese director led Kenzo since 1999, when its founding designer, Kenzo Takada, relinquished his position.

Ever since Nigo joined our gaming world, he’s been infusing it with a vibrant, harmonious vibe. He’s been inviting collaborators from his sphere, such as VERDY, and paying tribute to the brand’s Japanese roots, which I think is pretty awesome.
