Kiko Kostadinov’s Cozy Levi’s Collaboration Is Here

As a long-time admirer of both Levi’s and Kiko Kostadinov, this collaboration has been a dream come true for me! Growing up with Levi’s jeans as my go-to pair, and being captivated by Kostadinov’s unique designs that seamlessly blend Eastern European heritage with contemporary cool, I couldn’t be more excited to see the two forces unite.

Kiko Kostadinov and Levi’s long-awaited collaboration is finally here.

As a passionate gamer, I couldn’t help but notice the exciting collaboration between the popular London label and the Bulgarian designer back in December last year, when they teased a joint denim tag on Instagram Stories. Then, during their menswear showcase in January and womenswear display in March, Kostadinov unveiled the initial pieces from this partnership – stylish black denim jackets adorned with punctured pearls and cozy, textured jeans, among others – for the Fall/Winter 2024 collection. Now, the foremost denim brand and Kostadinov’s signature label have finally revealed their complete lineup of men’s and women’s designs.

As a fan, I’m thrilled about Kostadinov’s fresh take on Levi’s iconic Engineered Jeans and Jacket. He’s introduced innovative knee and elbow darts, beautifully blending Bulgarian-inspired diamond inserts across the panels and eyelets. On the other hand, a unique hybrid jersey style catches my eye with its asymmetrical opening, side patch pockets, and extensive all-over top-stitching. This design masterfully combines signature sportswear elements with the essence of Western aesthetics.

Designers Laura and Deanna Fanning from Kostadinov’s womenwear label found their inspiration in the idea of a three-piece denim ensemble. This inspiration led to the creation of various pieces such as Henley-style jersey tops, coats with soft, textured surfaces, roomy jeans, and jackets featuring ballooning sleeves and waistlines that are cinched and fitted with darts.

On August 22, the collaboration between Levi’s and Kiko Kostadinov will be released in selected Levi’s retail stores, Kiko Kostadinov Tokyo, and on both brands’ online platforms. Check out the collection as showcased in the campaign above.
