As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for strategy games and a soft spot for Greek mythology, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming DLC for Kingdom Two Crowns – Call of Olympus! With its release just around the corner on October 8th, I’m eager to embark on this new adventure through Ancient Greece.
Fresh news! Fury Studios unveiled a brand new expansion for their hit side-scrolling strategy game, Kingdom Two Crowns. Entitled “Call of Olympus,” this exciting additional content will become available in just a few weeks, allowing you to delve into a captivating new narrative thread. Moreover, an assortment of updates is also on the horizon, promising numerous enhancements for the game.
In “Kingdom Two Crowns: Call of Olympus,” as you might have guessed, the action unfolds in ancient Greece and is steeped in Greek mythology. You’ll traverse a revitalized map and uncover a fresh narrative that culminates on the grand Mount Olympus. Additionally, you can unlock artifacts capable of wreaking havoc on all waves of enemies attacking you.
There isn’t a straight route to Mount Olympus. You can go there on one of the many available islands. If you are able to prove your worth to Athena, Hephaestus, and Hermes, then a path to the mountain will open up. On your journey, you will also find powerful mounts such as the three-headed Cerberus, a fire-breathing Chimera, a Pegasus, or even a trusty Donkey.
In your struggle against the relentless forces of Greed, expect numerous hurdles ahead, one of which is a complex series of encounters with the Serpent. Team up with Hoplite to shift the balance by employing innovative siege techniques. The fight will unfold on two fronts – land and sea. You’ll have access to four potent artifacts that can significantly boost your offensive and defensive capabilities, so use them strategically!
Here’s a list of the right now!
For additional modifications, we’re planning to roll out a version 2.0 update featuring numerous enhancements such as quality-of-life upgrades, an innovative save mechanism, and a choice to disable the tutorial spirit guide. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to utilize two aesthetic Downloadable Content packs that will significantly boost your visual appeal.
On October 8th, Kingdom Two Crowns: Call of Olympus will hit the shelves at a cost of $8.49 (or its regional equivalent). Stay tuned for the latest news by checking out their official website!
