As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I must admit that the latest trailer for Little Nightmares III has sent chills down my spine and left me yearning for more. Having survived countless terrifying encounters across various genres, I can confidently say that the sinister presence of The Supervisor in this game is a formidable addition to the horror genre’s pantheon of unforgettable villains.
Bandai Namco has unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming horror game Little Nightmares III. In this third part of the series, players can choose to control either Low or Alone, with the option to play cooperatively with another player, or solo while an AI manages the other character. The latest trailer is called ‘You’re Being Watched’, and it showcases the duo being closely observed by the game’s main villain, known as The Supervisor.
Developed by Supermassive Games, Little Nightmares III is slated for release on major current-generation consoles in 2025. A specific launch date hasn’t been set yet, but based on the latest trailer, fans of the series can expect a scarier and more thrilling experience.
A number of enthusiasts of the game have already pondered over who the Supervisor character is, as well as her role within The Nowhere setting. Some of these fans propose that the Supervisor and the Teacher from Little Nightmares II might be sisters. On the other hand, some speculate that characters Mono and Six from the earlier games may reappear in Little Nightmares III.
The trailer additionally previews the stage in the game known as the Candy Factory. In this scene, the overseer is seen monitoring various screens while keeping tabs on both the factory workers and the main character. It’s worth noting that the overseer, uniquely, possesses six hands. The trailer showcases several different hands scattered throughout the level, suggesting that the overseer might have an inherent need to observe and manage events.

In the game, both Low and Alone can wield their individual arsenals. However, the trailer doesn’t reveal any fighting scenes, instead focusing on thrilling chase sequences involving the pair escaping from factory employees and the Supervisor.
