Currently, Khushi Kapoor is getting ready for the premiere of her first film on the big screen titled “Loveyapa.” In this movie, she shares the screen with Junaid Khan, who is Aamir Khan’s son. Previously, Aamir mentioned that Khushi’s acting in the romantic comedy brought to mind her mother Sridevi. Recently, Khushi responded to this comment and stated that such a comparison was something for others to observe.
During a chat with Vickey Lalwani, Khushi Kapoor expressed her gratitude towards Aamir Khan for mentioning she resembled Sridevi. Yet, she admitted she wouldn’t compare herself to the late actress in such a manner. In her words: “Perhaps others find that similarity, but I would never venture close or touch upon it.
Khushi expressed that she doesn’t intend to replicate certain aspects of her late mother Sridevi’s life. She emphasized her discomfort with imitating another actor’s work, and moreover, she doesn’t wish to interfere with her mother’s legacy.
Speaking from my own experience, I must admit that I’m still very much a novice on this path. Every step I take is a new learning experience for me. As I navigate through this journey, I’m discovering more about myself and what truly resonates with me. Frankly, I believe that trying to mimic someone else’s footsteps wouldn’t make my self-discovery any less complex.
Currently, Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan are keeping themselves occupied with the promotion of their film titled Loveyapa. The film’s cast includes Grusha Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, Tanvika Parlikar, Kiku Sharda, Devishi Madaan, Aaditya Kulshreshth, Nikhil Mehta, Jason Tham, Yunus Khan, Yuktam Khosla, and Kunj Anand.
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but share my excitement over the latest updates from the upcoming movie! Beyond the captivating official trailer, we have been treated to a few enchanting songs from the soundtrack. One of them, Loveyapa Ho Gaya, offers a delightful glimpse into the intricate dynamics of the characters’ relationships. Another, Rehna Kol, is a melodious ballad that beautifully showcases the chemistry between Khushi and Junaid. In one particularly poignant scene in Rehna Kol, Aamir Khan’s song Pehla Nasha from Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar adds an emotional touch to the moment.
The movie, “Loveyapa,” is set to hit theaters on Valentine’s Week in 2025. It’s a production of Phantom Studios, made under the joint supervision of AGS Entertainment and Phantom. This film has been directed by Advait Chandan.
