In the approaching weeks, enthusiasts will be treated to an initial look at the gameplay for Mafia: The Old Country, following the confirmation of its unveiling on the game’s official social media platform along with a subsequent developer discussion.
According to a recent post on X, it’s announced that the gameplay trailer will be released on May 8th at 8:00 am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or 11:00 am Eastern Time (ET), and 4:00 pm British Summer Time (BST). Following this, a developer panel is scheduled for later in the day at 11:00 am PDT or 2:00 pm ET, and 7:00 pm BST during PAX East.
The gameplay trailer along with a developer discussion will be broadcast live on YouTube and Twitch at the specified times, providing enthusiastic gamers with ample fresh content to explore.
It wasn’t until recently that news about the upcoming gameplay trailer surfaced, but earlier, a developer panel discussing various aspects of the Mafia series, including updates on the current state, insights into the past and future, and exclusive details about The Old Country, was announced in a Steam blog post.
In an unintended disclosure, the Steam post erroneously indicated a possible launch date of August 8, 2025, for the game Mafia: The Old Country. Here’s hoping that we’ll receive more accurate information on this matter after the release of the gameplay trailer or panel event.
