It’s said that Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee and his wife Shabana Bajpayee have reportedly leased out two commercial properties in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a period of five years, with a monthly rent of INR 10.9 lakhs, according to documents from data analytics company CRE Matrix.
Reports indicate that these properties are found within the prestigious Lotus Signature building situated on Veera Desai Road, an area popular among business and entertainment industry elites. Each property offers approximately 1,905 square feet of living space, compliant with RERA guidelines.
On April 3rd, 2025, I formally signed a lease agreement that will last for a span of five years. The business entity, Barcode Influencer Marketing Pvt Ltd, has deposited a security amount of INR 43.7 lakhs for the property’s upkeep.
As stipulated in the contract, the rental fee is subject to an annual 5% hike. By the end of the lease period, this gradual increase will bring the monthly rent up to approximately Rs 13.3 lakhs.
Besides boasting ample living area, this contract offers six designated parking spots and allows for a 75-day refurbishment phase before move-in. This extra time is intended for the tenant to personalize and arrange the interiors according to their preferences.
In the year 2023, it’s reported that Manoj Bajpayee made an investment of approximately 320 million Indian rupees on four commercial properties situated within Mumbai’s Oshiwara district.
According to official records, four business offices were registered on October 4, 2023, and can be found within the Signature Building, a short distance from Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara. It is said that Manoj Bajpayee made a stamp duty payment of approximately Rs 1.86 crore for these commercial acquisitions.
In August 2024, records show that Bajpayee and his wife sold their high-end home in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi district for approximately 90 million Indian Rupees (Rs 9 crore). The property is situated in the prestigious Minerva tower and boasts a living space of around 1,247 square feet. This information was obtained by Square Yards.
In terms of his career, Manoj Bajpayee’s recent appearance was in the series “Despatch,” which debuted on Zee5. His latest movie that made its way to cinemas was “Bhaiyya Ji,” a venture he also co-produced together with his wife.
