Joining this cast is Geraldine Viswanathan’s character Mel, who works for Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Yet, some spectators think that Mel could be a hidden hero in “Thunderbolts,” and they might just be onto something.

Notice the necklace around my neck? It’s a small metal charm, designed to resemble a bird, or more specifically, a songbird as some Marvel enthusiasts suggest. This detail seems significant because it has led certain fans who are eagerly awaiting Thunderbolts to speculate on platforms like YouTube and others that Geraldine Viswanathan might be portraying Melissa Gold, also known as Songbird in the comics.
It seems they found it quite surprising when Florence Pugh suggested jumping off a building, as Marvel apparently wasn’t particularly thrilled about such an idea.
