Rasha Thadani, born to Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon and Anil Thadani who runs a picture distribution company, attended the Dhirubhai Ambani International School, much like other children of celebrities. Not only does she hold a black belt in Taekwondo, but her mother also believes her to be an accomplished and elegant singer.

Rasha gained popularity with her song Uyi Amma from the upcoming movie Azaad. In an interview with ETimes, she shared that much like her mother, she combined studying with acting. During the filming of Azaad, she finished her Class 12 education and went back to school afterwards. At present, she is in the first year of a business management course.

In her professional life, she is gearing up for her first big-screen appearance in the movie “Azaad”. This film will see her acting alongside Aaman Devgan, who is related to Ajay Devgn and Kajol. Abhishek Kapoor directs this project, while it is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor. The cast also includes Ajay Devgn, Diana Penty, Mohit Malik, Piyush Mishra, Jiya Amin, Dylan Jones, and Akshay Anand Kohli.

In the roaring twenties, this story revolves around a lively boy captivated by a spirited horse. Simultaneously, he finds himself drawn to a young woman of noble birth. The film titled “Azaad” is scheduled for cinema release on January 17, 2025.
