As a long-time admirer of both Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, I find myself deeply moved by their journey together, particularly given their shared history and the challenges they have overcome. Their resilience and unwavering love for each other is truly inspiring, and I am genuinely thrilled to see them embarking on this new chapter of their lives as parents-to-be.
Congratulations are in order for Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.
On Monday, Fox announced on Instagram that she’s expecting her fourth child, this time with Machine Gun Kelly (whose real name is Colson Baker). Fox already has three sons from her previous marriage to ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actor Brian Austin Green. MGK is also a father to a daughter from another relationship.
In a post featuring angel and heart emojis, Fox wrote, ‘Things may seem gone but truly aren’t – welcome back.’ The picture shows her holding her baby bump, splattered with black liquid, tagging Kelly in it. Another image is shared, displaying a positive pregnancy test.

The title alludes to lines from Kelly’s song “Last November,” a composition that reflects on their previous pregnancy loss, an experience Fox has shared publicly in her book titled “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
Last year, Fox discussed the miscarriage on Good Morning America. He expressed, “I’ve never experienced anything similar in my life. As a father of three, it was incredibly tough for us both. It led us on an intense journey together and individually, as we grappled with questions like, ‘What does this signify?’ and ‘Why did this occur?’
In a conversation with Women’s Wear Daily, Fox opened up about her miscarriage, stating, “I underestimated how challenging it would be, and I’ve tried to understand why it was so tough for me. Previously, I had an ectopic pregnancy, among other health issues that I won’t elaborate on due to potential public reaction. However, I have faced similar difficulties before, but never with someone I loved as deeply.
Therefore, the emotional aspect of the miscarriage hit me hard and brought on immense grief and pain. Consequently, I found solace in writing about it extensively. He too has written songs about this experience for his albums. Given that he’s already addressed this privately, I felt compelled to express myself publicly as well.
During his performance of “twin flame” at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, Kelly expressed that the song was a composition dedicated to his spouse and their yet-to-be-born child.
In the year 2022, it was made public that Fox got engaged to Kelly. Fox took to her social media platforms to share a video showing the moment when Kelly proposed beneath a grand banyan tree.
The duo crossed paths during the production of the 2021 movie “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” and they openly discussed their immediate bond. On Lala Kent and Randall Emmett’s podcast, “Give Them Lala … With Randall,” Fox expressed that she felt Kelly was her “twin flame” from the get-go, suggesting they are essentially two pieces of the same soul. She shared this profound sentiment with him right away because she felt it deeply and instantly.
On The Drew Barrymore Show, Kelly mentioned that the reason he agreed to star in the movie was because they told him his scenes would be alongside Megan Fox. Intrigued, he said yes. Later, at lunch in her trailer, Kelly shared that he felt aimless, and Megan replied, “Let’s help you find your way.
“It killed me. She was cupid,” he said.
