As a long-time fan of Julie Bowen and her exceptional portrayal of Claire Dunphy in Modern Family, I’m absolutely thrilled about her latest endeavor – starring in and executive producing the new NBC comedy Taste. After calling ABC home for 11 years with Modern Family, it seems like Bowen is moving to a whole new neighborhood over at NBC!

The cast of “Modern Family” continues to stay active even years after the ABC sitcom ended in 2020, with Julie Bowen particularly busy. At this point, the series has not yet been commissioned, but it’s shaping up to be quite intriguing. With Bowen on board, it’s unlikely that the project won’t progress further given the popularity of workplace comedies.

The flavor of Bowen’s newest network sitcom is reminiscent of “Modern Family,” marking her first comedy series since then.
