He expressed his disgust towards these allegations and promptly took steps to cut ties. Ava was eliminated from the company, his channel, and any connection to MrBeast.
Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, addressed recent accusations against Ava Tyson and the resulting tension on social media and YouTube. In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, he expressed his disappointment and disapproval towards Ava Tyson’s alleged inappropriate online behavior.
In that period, I’ve made it a priority to bring in an outside expert for a comprehensive probe into the matter at hand. Rest assured, based on what I’ve seen so far, I’ve promptly taken steps to sever ties with Ava, removing her from my organization and YouTube channel, as well as distancing myself from any affiliation with MrBeast. I unequivocally reject and denounce the inappropriate behavior in question.
Donaldson stated, “I’ll give the autonomous investigators sufficient time for a thorough probe. Any subsequent steps I’ll take will depend on their results.”
Last month, claims of inappropriate messaging by Tyson towards a 13-year-old girl, known as LavaGS online, emerged. This allegation was brought forth by a number of YouTubers who scrutinized public conversations between Tyson and the girl. Their attention was drawn to messages that hinted at nude images, sexual content, and anime pornography.
Tyson refuted allegations of inappropriate behavior and issued an apology on X on Wednesday. In a heartfelt message, he expressed remorse to anyone he may have unintentionally hurt with his past social media posts and actions, and to those who were disappointed by his previous online conduct.
