Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, is one of the most well-known offspring in Bollywood. His attractive appearance definitely boosts his popularity, but many online users also find themselves reminiscing due to his strong resemblance to his father. Lately, Iggy has spoken up about this similarity, expressing joy and pride, stating that his dad is indeed a handsome man as he addresses the frequent comparisons.
During a chat with Filmfare, Ibrahim Ali Khan was questioned about his likeness to his father, Saif Ali Khan, being labeled as a ‘carbon copy’. When asked if he’s prepared for such comparisons, the young man confidently responded, “I accept it gracefully because he’s an attractive individual. I don’t believe this similarity will last throughout my life.
The Nadaaniyan actor openly shared, “I aim to accomplish something meaningful before turning 30, and hopefully, I’ll be recognized so well that just saying ‘Nadaaniyan’ will be synonymous with me.” (Smiles).
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself in a unique position, having my own identity, both in name and appearance. The notion that I might shed tears over sharing features with someone else seems rather far-fetched to me. Instead, I take immense pride in who he is and the fact that we are father and son. This sentiment was further reinforced during our conversation.
Throughout our conversation, Iggy acknowledged that he will always be measured against his father. Despite not feeling any direct pressure from his family, he aspires to bring joy and pride to them, and ideally repay them with even more than they’ve invested in him. This ambitious individual believes his family has achieved greatness and worked tirelessly to establish themselves as prominent figures.
Although he acknowledges the high standards he’s expected to meet, he aspires to excel in his profession not just to fulfill those expectations, but also to make his loved ones proud, even though they consider him as the ‘young one’.
In terms of career developments, Ibrahim’s first film titled Nadaaniyan hit Netflix screens last month. This romantic comedy was helmed by Shauna Gautam, and Khushi Kapoor took the leading female role. Notable actors such as Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza, Jugal Hansraj, and Mahima Chaudhary graced significant roles in this production. The project was supported by Karan Johar’s company, Dharmatic Entertainment.
Moving forward, there’s a project titled “Sarzameen” under development, which will star Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran in significant roles. This film is being directed by Kayoze Irani, who happens to be Boman Irani’s son.
