Nate Bargatze Says Disney Head “Doesn’t Care About the Audience”

Nate Bargatze doesn’t appear to be Bob Iger‘s biggest fan.

Jerry Seinfeld, Judd Apatow, Adam Sandler, and Walt Disney.

Later on, Bargatze made it clear that he was speaking about the individual, not the media and entertainment empire known as Disney, due to his conviction that Walt Disney held a deep affection for his work and audience. Regrettably, he feels this sentiment is not shared by the current leader of Disney.

Bargatze explained later that when he mentioned Disney, he was actually referring to Walt Disney himself, not the corporation. He admired how much Walt Disney valued his creations and audience, but he expressed disappointment in the way the current head of Disney feels about these matters.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve got to say this: The current head honcho at Disney is more of a business tycoon, and from what I gather, he seems less concerned with the viewers’ preferences.

Bargatze acknowledged that “none of this happens without them.”

In both his stand-up comedy and his new venture with the family-friendly production company, Nateland Entertainment, Bargatze consistently prioritizes his audience, ensuring that he doesn’t offend or exclude them.

He expressed to The Hollywood Reporter in December, “I don’t want anyone to feel unhappy or awkward.” He added, “It would sadden me deeply if someone perceived that I looked down on them. My aim is to be inclusive for everyone. In essence, that’s what I strive for.

The comedian went on saying, “Growing up, I’d often dine at chain restaurants and shop at Walmart. I’ve always been in favor of catering to everyone. Unlike some people who might say, ‘My comedy isn’t for everyone,’ I never felt that way. Instead, I thought, ‘Why wouldn’t I want as many people as possible to attend my shows?’
