On March 13th, 2025, which happened to be Coco Gauff’s 21st birthday, New Balance unveiled its newest creation – the Coco Delray. This design pays tribute to the city of Delray Beach, Florida, where I, Coco Gauff, grew up. These lightweight sneakers are versatile, perfect for both my matches on the court and my casual strolls around town.
The Coco Delray shoe is now available on newbalance.com, suitable for both women and men, priced at $109.99. At the moment, it comes in two color variations: a yellow base with aqua and navy highlights for women, while men can opt for navy blue with aqua and soft yellow accents. As of April 9th, New Balance will introduce a white and navy version, offering both men’s and women’s sizes.
(Note: The term “colorway” is used to describe the combination of colors in which an item is available. In this case, it refers to the different color options for the Coco Delray shoe.)
The design draws inspiration from Gauff’s unique personal style and her preferred off-court New Balance sneakers. These trainers are not only durable but also trendy, becoming a go-to choice for tennis enthusiasts. They boast a robust rubber outsole, a responsive FuelCell foam midsole, and a stabilizing nylon plate for added support. The hexagonal tread pattern ensures grip on diverse surfaces, while the lightweight mesh offers exceptional breathability, ensuring a cool and comfortable feel.
The latest offering from New Balance in their range of men’s and women’s tennis shoes is the Coco Delray, which takes its name from the city of Delray Beach, Florida, where tennis star Gauff hails from. This shoe design is inspired by the Pompey Park public courts, the place where she honed her skills.
Purchase the Coco Delray for $109.99 right away at newbalance.com. Don’t forget to explore the entire Coco Gauff Collection, featuring the Coco CG2, her signature tennis shoe, as well.
This Coco CG2 sneaker design incorporates elements reminiscent of Gauff’s beloved New Balance model, the 550, and boasts several visual cues linked to her favorite place, Paris. The fashion comes in sizes for women, as well as children in both small and large options. The adult shoes sell for $159.99 while children’s sizes are priced at $79.99.
