New mommy Richa Chadha indulges in TLC, says 'Screw every single person who won’t let a mom shower in peace'

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I deeply empathize with Richa Chadha‘s recent posts about motherhood and the struggles that come with it. It’s truly a 24/7 job, and even simple pleasures like taking a peaceful shower or having eight uninterrupted hours of sleep become luxuries.

Approximately four weeks have passed since Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal became parents for the first time. Since then, the actress has been openly sharing her experiences as a mother on social media platforms. Previously, she expressed her longing for travel and acknowledged that being a mom is a round-the-clock commitment. Recently, she posted an image showing her taking some personal time for self-care and emphasized that mothers rarely have the chance to enjoy a quiet shower.

The actress from Fukrey shared a selfie on Instagram Stories, taken in her bathroom. In the picture, she playfully showed off a masked face and wet hair. Accompanying the image, she wrote, “I’m fed up with everyone who can’t let a mom have a peaceful shower, not even once a week.”

Nearly a week ago, Richa Chadha also dropped multiple gorgeous images of herself. Along with it, she opened up about dreaming of having eight uninterrupted hours of sleep. The new mom wrote, “BRB dreaming of eight uninterrupted hours of sleep. Good night to you. Good morning to me. Bye #NewMomStruggles #brainfogbegone #NoNinni”

Before that, she shared some personal news with her followers, explaining how she’s adjusting to this latest chapter in her life. Using a selfie, she made it clear that she’s not absent but rather occupied with her new work commitment.

She didn’t vanish; instead, she’s taken on a new role. Her job demands constant attention, leaving no room for downtime. Here’s a glimpse into her life: it’s filled with family bonding, delightful meals, enjoyable moments, and the baby’s feedings. In other words, her days are brimming with love, nourishment, joy, and care. By the way, she mentioned “BRB, with the newborn!” in her post’s caption. Towards the end of her message, she shared a heartwarming video of her little one as well.
