The first season concluded on a mind-boggling cliffhanger, leaving us with a multitude of unanswered questions about humanity’s plight in a post-apocalyptic world living underground. Now that Season 2 is upon us, I can only hope that we’ll start to get some much-needed answers to our burning questions.
An Almost Christmas Story – November 15 (Disney+)
A heartfelt, animated short film at Christmas time, like something you’d find on Disney+, but “An Almost Christmas Story” offers a unique twist. The distinctive animation style is worth mentioning. This tale about an owl lost in New York City who becomes friends with a young girl is directed by David Lowery, known for “The Green Knight,” and produced by Alfonso Cuarón. Notable voice actors include Natasha Lyonne, Jim Gaffigan, and John C. Reilly.
Dune: Prophecy – November 17
