News Update: After much anticipation, it has been confirmed that NIGO and Nike have launched their long-awaited collaboration! The alliance is debuting with the pair’s Air Force 3 Low sneaker design, named “Blue Void,” along with a collection of matching apparel.

In his statement, NIGO shared that Nike boasts numerous outstanding creations. Among them, he fondly recalls the AF3 as a hidden gem from the past. For his first collaboration with Nike, he aims to reignite everyone’s appreciation for its grandeur by reintroducing it.

Upon joining forces with Nike, I visited their global headquarters, finding myself deeply inspired by the archives, lab, and the dedicated team within. The experiences I had there significantly impacted my project. There are plenty more developments to come in our Nike and NIGO collaboration, so keep an eye out! We’ve embarked on a thrilling adventure that’s just getting started.

As a gaming enthusiast, I can’t help but feel a rush of nostalgia when I slip on my Air Force 3 Lows “Blue Void”. This sneaker pays homage to some of NIGO’s beloved movies and series, subtly weaving his cultural influences into its design. Looking forward, more collaborations from this dynamic duo promise to delve deeper into NIGO’s treasure trove of inspirational sources. The “Blue Void” itself boasts an upper made from a blend of embossed leathers, coupled with a rubber outsole, midsole foam, and vibrant graphic accents on the tongue and heel.

Regarding the clothing part of the launch, NIGO in collaboration with Nike is offering a varsity jacket and a hoodie. Similar to the shoes, these pieces are conceptualized based on NIGO’s cultural background.

Beyond the SNKRS release slated for October 4, the collection will debut earlier on September 28, with exclusivity at Otsumo Plaza in Tokyo and the “I Know Nigo 2” pop-up store in New York City. For a detailed view, check out the images provided above, and revisit the initial story below.

As a dedicated fan, I’ve been eagerly following the buzz surrounding NIGO since it was whispered that he had joined forces with Nike, having worked with adidas through his Human Made label earlier on. Fast forward several months, and lo and behold, there he was, sporting a pair of Air Force 3 Lows. This sighting left many, including myself, speculating about an upcoming project featuring this iconic silhouette. My curiosity was finally put to rest when I spotted him at his Spring/Summer 2025 KENZO show, flaunting a vibrant pair of collaborative Air Force 3 Lows, officially confirming the collaboration and sending ripples of excitement through the sneaker community!

After unveiling the promotional graphic for the NIGO x Nike collaboration, we now get our first glimpse at the “Blue Void” colorway of the AF3 Low. This unique design, presented in exclusive packaging, features a vibrant mix of blue, red, yellow, and pink hues that boldly cover the shoe’s upper. A notable feature of this sneaker is the silver “NIGO FORCE” detail at the heel, where a Swoosh is placed between the two words.

As I type this, neither NIGO nor Nike has given a specific date for when their first collaboration on the Air Force 3 Low will hit the shelves. But check out the cool new promotional graphic for the project below – it looks like we might be getting them soon! Rumor has it that they’ll drop this fall, exclusively on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers, with a price tag of $160 USD. Keep an eye on things because I have a feeling there will be plenty more exciting collaborations from these two in the coming months.
