Off-White Is Officially Getting Into "GOLF"

As a seasoned gamer with a keen eye for fashion and an insatiable appetite for anything golf-related, I must say, Paris Hilinski’s collaboration with Off-White is nothing short of a masterstroke. Having grown up on a diet of Street Fighter and Mario Kart, I’ve always been drawn to the fusion of streetwear and luxury, a sensibility that Hilinski seems to embody effortlessly.

People who keep up with the golf scene’s style revolution probably know Paris Hilinski, a 21-year-old professional golfer. In just a short time, she has made a name for herself as a trendsetter due to her distinctive mix of streetwear and high-end fashion, an approach that has attracted partnerships with companies like JBL and COBRA.

As a dedicated admirer, I’d say that her most striking bond is undoubtedly with Off-White. My affection for this brand stems from its roots when the remarkable Virgil Abloh was at the helm. During Abloh’s time, golf was experiencing a resurgence among younger and fashion-conscious crowds. With all the OW logoed polos and spiked Out Of Office shoes, it wasn’t clear if the clothes she wore were unique to her or part of a broader strategy. Now, we finally have the answer.

Last weekend, she participated in the Aramco Team Series in Saudi Arabia, teaming up with Charley Hull, who is an ambassador for Malbon Golf. During this competition, Hilinski showcased a new line of golf apparel she designed and created herself, which included striped sweater vests, performance polos, and lightweight base layers featuring the fresh Off-White golf logo. This collection will offer both men’s and women’s clothing, encompassing lifestyle and performance pieces. Varsity jackets with chenille logo patches will be key off-course items, while the retrofitted Out Of Office shoe style is expected to be the main footwear offering – a design Hilinski had previously shared with Anthony Kim during his comeback to professional golf last February. The exact pricing details have not been disclosed yet.

The event will take place in Miami on December 5, coinciding with Art Basel week, implying that the unveiling should occur around the same period. Posters circulating carry the slogan “ALL IN ONE”, a term equally featured on numerous items within the collection.
