As a seasoned gamer of watches and a lifelong aficionado of all things James Bond, I can confidently say that the new Seamaster Diver 300M Series from OMEGA is nothing short of a masterpiece. The brand’s decision to draw inspiration from the iconic watch worn by 007 in No Time To Die is a stroke of genius.
The latest Seamaster Diver 300M Series from OMEGA deviates from its recent trend of using ceramic and instead draws inspiration from its long-standing relationship with the James Bond film series. This new collection features a watch model reminiscent of a special edition worn by 007 in the movie, “No Time To Die”: the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition.
Wrapped in stainless steel, the latest models feature a 42mm case width and stand 13.8mm tall. These models come in two distinct dial designs: one featuring a black aluminum surface adorned with a wave pattern, and another sporting a silver-gray steel dial with a brushed finish. The bezel options also vary; one includes an anodized aluminum steel insert, while the other features a titanium bezel that’s been laser-ablated.
According to its title, the Seamaster Diver 300M can endure depths of up to 300 meters underwater. It is powered by OMEGA’s personal 8806 caliber, which includes a Co-Axial escapement, a free-sprung balance with silicon balance spring, and boasts a power reserve of 55 hours.
This watch comes with two distinct strap choices: one on a mesh band priced at $6,500 USD, and another on rubber priced at $5,900 USD. At the moment, you can purchase any of these versions directly from OMEGA’s online store.
