It’s uncertain whether the lead actor from “Ghosted” would have been part of this hypothetical production.
The intrigue surrounding the possibility that a Ryan Reynolds movie could hide depths unseen isn’t entirely new. A while back, there were whispers about Reynolds’ film with Michael Bay, “6 Underground,” potentially being a covert adaptation of “Thundercats.” Clearly, this wasn’t the case. However, if someone were to pique interest in a hypothetical movie called “Alpha Cop” and imply it was something else, fans might have brushed off such speculation quickly given that a similar scenario had been debunked before.
As a passionate gamer, I’d put it this way: “Back in the day, when we considered creating ‘Alpha Cop’, my team and I realized the chances of success were slim-to-none. If the truth ever leaked out before launch, all that hard work would have been for naught.”

Leaks are a major source of concern for studios, because it’s feared that they can actually impact the box office. Hugh Jackman knows all about that. He’s mentioned the leak of X-Men: Origins – Wolverine, which was a complete cut (albeit with unfinished digital effects) leaked online just before the film’s release. Of course, there are also potential upsides, as whoever leaked the original Deadpool test footage can attest.
In a recent Instagram Story update, Reynolds hints that there are still unfulfilled aspirations regarding a project. Therefore, it’s worthwhile for us to pay extra attention to any upcoming films starring Ryan Reynolds, as they might have more layers than they initially seem.
