As a dedicated Overwatch fan, I can’t help but feel exhilarated about the latest addition to the roster: Junker Queen! With her powerful kit and distinct Australian flair, she’s quickly become one of my favorite tanks in the game.
In the roster of Overwatch 2, Junker Queen emerges as the Australian outback’s emissive hero alongside Junkrat and Roadhog. Armed with an impressive arsenal for a tank class, she harbors significant damage capabilities. However, mastering her abilities is essential to fully harness her potential.

Tips for playing Junker Queen
Landing Junker Queen’s Jagged Blade ability is challenging due to its curved trajectory. With certain Overwatch heroes’ agility, hitting your mark isn’t always easy.
To become comfortable with its flight pattern and be able to land it effectively for healing, you should practice throwing it regularly.
As a big fan of Jagged Blade, I’d say that its pull ability comes in handy not only for damaging enemies but also for repositioning them. It’s particularly useful when opponents are perched high above me, making it easier for my team to take them down.
In simpler terms, this weapon doesn’t boast the farthest reach when it comes to pulling enemies towards it. Therefore, you would need to be fairly close to your adversaries to fully benefit from it. Additionally, there are only a few situations where it can be effectively used for eliminating environmental hazards.
Using Jagged Blade in conjunction with Carnage results in a formidable combination, as the total harm inflicted by these moves is often sufficient to eliminate both adversary and healing characters instantly.
Using a Commanding Shout is an effective way to gain an edge in tight spots by instantly increasing your health and speed, allowing for a swift getaway.
An effective method for initiating team fights is utilizing this approach when your team has congregated together. This tactic is particularly beneficial during battles over control points or in attempts to halt an advancing payload.
The Junker Queen’s abilities shine most when you target enemy healers and damage dealers. While you may not always secure the final blow, your role will be crucial in setting up victories for your team.
