This summer just concluded, I enjoyed an unforgettable time with Taylor Swift at her groundbreaking Eras Tour. These questions lie at the core of Paul Schrader’s latest movie, Oh, Canada, where he reunites with Richard Gere, his co-star from American Gigolo.
The animated series titled “Creature Commandos” marks the debut in the revamped DC Universe, steered creatively and administratively by the newly appointed co-chairs of DC Studios, James Gunn and Peter Safran. With only two episodes aired so far, we’re starting to get a glimpse of what the new DC Universe might be like, and it seems unafraid to tackle mature themes. The second episode of “Creature Commandos” hints at this maturity with a scene involving Rick Flag Sr., played by Frank Grillo, in a bathroom setting with a princess.
