In recent times, Johnson Tsang and Avant Arte have built a thriving collaboration, producing an array of surrealist ceramic sculptures. Instead of traditional utilitarian items such as mirrors and planters, these pieces showcase distorted facial structures. Now, the Chinese artist and London-based studio are back with a fresh piece titled “The Moment“, a wall-mounted resin sculpture depicting a white, featureless head and two inner faces tenderly kissing within it.
