Currently, the chances of TNT reacquiring these rights seem quite unlikely. Some experts have proposed potential ways to keep the show going, such as selling it to an organization that owns professional basketball rights. This idea was brought up to co-host Charles Barkley, who believes this scenario is highly unlikely for a major reason.
