The film, directed by Jon Watts, brought together George Clooney and Brad Pitt from “Ocean’s Eleven” as they played two skilled troubleshooters who reluctantly teamed up, despite their mutual disdain. Interestingly, Apple had shown great enthusiasm for the movie and announced plans for a sequel just a month before the original release.
