2024 rule updates in the “Player’s Handbook” prohibit multiclass Fighters from employing Action Surge to cast two spells during a single turn. Consequently, this modification makes it challenging for players to launch multiple spells within a turn, compelling them to utilize Cantrips more frequently to optimize their turns when using magic.

So here’s the plot twist: the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)—that’s the government’s hall monitor for your money—has pulled out a settlement agreement with Ripple Labs and its top brass. This melodrama started back in December 2020 when the SEC accused Ripple execs of selling XRP like it was the hot new mixtape, but, oops, allegedly without the proper paperwork. Vinay Pathak’s Gram Chikitsalay Plagiarism Scandal: Filmmaker Exposes Shocking Details

Datta, who is part of the Screenwriters Association (SWA), recently posted on Facebook about an issue concerning his script. In a comprehensive update, he stated that the movie “Gram Chikitsalay” appears to closely resemble the plot and characters from his script titled “Quack Shankar,” which he shared with Vinay Pathak in 2021.

According to Datta, he had discussed a lead role in Quack Shankar with Pathak and provided him with the complete script and project details. Although they initially seemed keen, their discussions didn’t progress further. However, two years later, Datta was surprised to see a trailer for Gram Chikitsalay featuring Vinay Pathak in the main role, alleging that it appears to be his story.

In his post, Datta expressed, “I am a writer/filmmaker and an SWA member. There has been a violation of copyright/IP rights involving one of my registered screenplays—QUACK SHANKAR (Reference Number 1607055694, dated 04/12/2020).” He further pointed out that the trailer exhibits striking similarities in terms of storyline and characters to his original idea.
