While some of the actors below have appeared in multiple Mike White projects, others only played a small role in one series or appeared alongside him on reality TV. In each case, the projects themselves are worth praising, as are the performances the actors gave.

Likewise, Justin Hartley skyrocketed to prominence when he joined the decorated ensemble cast of the tear-jerking drama This Is Us, appearing alongside famous faces like Milo Ventimiglia and Sterling K. Brown in the universally-lauded original that dominated the ratings during its six-season run. Paramont’s action-comedy Novocaine easily topped the domestic chart this weekend, opening to $8.7 million and it had no trouble icing out Mickey 17, now in its second weekend. However, it was hoped that the Paramount pic would do $10 million. The movie stars Jack Quaid as a new kind of action hero who is not so great at dishing it out, but boy, can he take it — thanks to his genetics, which make him feel no harm.
