‘Love It or List It’ Renewed With a Hilary Farr Replacement
The popular show “Love It Or List It” has been renewed on the network, over a year since speculation about its future arose due to the departure of one of the original cast members, Hilary Farr. In her place, existing HGTV talent Page Turner will join returning co-star David Visentin.
If you’re not already aware of the format of “Love It Or List It”, it’s unlikely that you’d be reading this. However, for those who have a lot of free time or just need a refresher, here’s a brief rundown: A couple (less tumultuous than those featured on “House Hunters”) often find themselves at an impasse about whether to keep their current home or relocate. The designer (Turner replacing Farr) works on renovating the house to meet their requirements, while the realtor (Visentin) shows comparable properties to convince the couple who are more inclined towards staying put. There are several options to choose from, and in the end, the renovated home they already own is revealed. The couple then decide whether to stay (Love it!) or move (List it!).
