Once you complete both the Rune Spikes task and your primary goal, make your way to Renly at Clearfell Encampment to gain access to the quest called “Finding the Forge.
He needs your assistance in locating his missing blacksmith tools. Afterward, proceed through the Ogham Farmlands in Act 1, and you’ll reach Ogham Village.
Renly’s tools are kept at his workshop situated in Ogham Village, however, due to the unpredictable nature of the map generation, locating the precise spot can sometimes prove challenging.
Make your way towards a dilapidated shack located at the entrance, wherein you’ll find a corpse suspended from the ceiling beams. The positioning of the body indicates the direction to proceed, whether it’s along the left or right side.
Look along that path until you find a narrow gap between two dilapidated houses, often situated close to a security checkpoint.
The workshop is typically close and hard to miss with its one-of-a-kind appearance.
As I step into this chamber, I can’t help but feel a sense of familiarity – it seems like a boss arena alright, what with the scattered remains of once-mighty structures and the fiery embers still smoldering in the ruins. But oddly enough, there’s no sign of any boss fight here.
If you don’t find the workshop right away, it could be located beyond the area where the Executioner boss is found.
Usually, it spawns in either the southeast or northwest corners of the map.
Check the table or workbench inside the workshop for the tools marked as the quest item.
When you get to Renly’s workshop, make sure also to clear out any enemies nearby.
After grabbing them, your task is to bring them back to Renly. You can use a town portal or make your way back to the Clearfell Encampment to accomplish this.
