As a dedicated follower of Taapsee Pannu’s career, I must say that her recent collaboration with Vikrant Massey and Sunny Kaushal in Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba has been nothing short of entertaining! Watching the fun-filled Instagram reel they shared was a delight, and it just goes to show that behind every great film, there’s a lot of laughter and camaraderie on set.
Recently, I had the privilege to join Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, and Sunny Kaushal in the romantic thriller “Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba,” which premiered on Netflix on August 9, 2024. Directed by Jayprad Desai and written by Kanika Dhillon, this movie has been receiving an overwhelming response from the audience since its release. Lately, Netflix India shared a delightful video of our jovial set as we filmed an Instagram reel together.
The video demonstrates two men attempting to outwit each other in amusing ways, all in an effort to keep the woman they both adore. Despite their successful deceptions, the woman seizes the opportunity with an unforeseen and side-splitting twist. The OTT platform captioned the video, “Now who’s got the last laugh?”

The video begins by showcasing Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey enjoying each other’s company in a garden setting. However, in a surprising (and comically ironic twist using a toy gun), Massey’s character is apparently shot by an unseen sniper concealed behind a tree. Believing Massey to be out of the picture, Sunny Kaushal then arrives and attempts to win over Pannu. Despite Massey knowing about Kaushal’s murderous intentions, he had prepared for the attack and thus managed to survive.
In a similar turn of events, Sunny found himself in a predicament orchestrated by Vikrant. However, Vikrant’s scheme was foiled by the cunning actions of the actor. Over and over again, these events unfolded without any loss of life. Eventually, Pannu stepped in, offering them both water as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, she bid farewell to both men.
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement over a hilarious video that has taken the internet by storm! Comedian and actor Gaurav Gera quipped, “They’ll soon realize Tapsee poisoned him in the water… part 2 is coming,” while another fan remarked, “Somehow, this isn’t cringe anymore.” Even Saif Ali Khan’s sister, Saba Pataudi, joined in on the fun with a series of amusing emojis. This video is a follow-up to the 2021 film Haseen Dillruba, and I can hardly wait for part 2!
Currently, actress Taapsee Pannu is set to appear in the upcoming film titled “Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan?”. Previously, she featured in the ensemble movie “Khel Khel Mein”, which hit theaters on August 15th.
