As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for hip-hop, I can confidently say that the latest twist in Tyler, The Creator’s Chromakopia album has me hooked. With my vinyl player humming away in the corner of my gaming den, I find myself captivated by the exclusivity of Playboi Carti‘s feature on “Thought I Was Dead”.
As Tyler, the Creator’s “CHROMAKOPIA” is becoming a staple in our playlists, discussions are brewing about its secret elements. The album boasts collaborations with Teezo Touchdown, Sexyy Red, Lil Wayne, GloRilla, Daniel Caesar, Childish Gambino, ScHoolboy Q, Santigold and Doechii. Interestingly, the vinyl version includes additional appearances from Playboi Carti as well.
Carti reaches into his rich baritone repertoire to collaborate on the album’s eleventh track with Santigold and Q, titled “THOUGHT I WAS DEAD.

Tyler adopts a strategy similar to Yung Lean’s by releasing a vinyl-exclusive collaboration with Carti, as Yung Lean did by collaborating with King Vamp on his “Starz” album, where he enlisted the help of Opium rapper for his track titled “Yayo.
CHROMAKOPIA‘s vinyl also consists of an additional track entitled “Mother.”
