On sunny days (or even when it’s a bit cloudy, depending on your location), there’s hardly any reason needed to venture outside. However, if you’re still searching for an incentive, the approaching Pokémon Go August Community Day could be quite appealing, especially considering the exclusive bonuses for a specific bird-type Pokémon that were recently announced.

On August 30th, from 2-5 pm local time, trainers will have increased encounters with Rookidee, even potentially coming across a coveted Shiny one! If you’ve been waiting to catch one, this could be your chance, so don’t forget to log in!

However, it’s not just about capturing Rookidee. If you’re following its evolutionary line, this event (or until September 6th) presents an excellent opportunity for you. During this period, you can obtain a Corviknight with the Charged Attack Ability called Air Cutter by evolving a Corvisquire.
