Over the past two decades, The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Power Lawyers edition has consistently highlighted the key lawyers who handle high-stakes legal conflicts, major mergers, and innovative talent agreements in the entertainment industry.
Do you know lawyers at the top of their game?
The Thr organization is now inviting nominations for its 19th annual Power Lawyers edition, showcasing the top 100 attorneys making significant impacts in their field. To propose a candidate, please fill out this form before 6 p.m. Pacific Time on February 28th.
Every year, our THR editors carefully examine numerous nominations and thoroughly screen potential candidates to identify the top-tier lawyers in Hollywood’s A-list.
Please ensure that your nominations highlight the attorney’s achievements from the last year. Given the extensive clientele many Hollywood attorneys have, it is crucial to spotlight their recent activities and current projects. Provide specific details such as contracts sealed or notable court victories for a more impactful submission.
Here are a few answers to FAQs:
- We evaluate lawyers as individuals and do not highlight duos or teams. When submitting attorneys who share clients or matters, please make their individual contributions clear. (Don’t copy and paste the same information on multiple forms for different attorneys.)
- This feature highlights attorneys at law firms. That means, unfortunately, in-house lawyers aren’t eligible.
- The nomination deadline is firm and late submissions will not be accepted.
- Attorneys who are chosen for the list will be notified directly near the beginning of March.
