Oh, the thrill of it all! As a seasoned Pokémon TCG collector who’s been through the Kahoolaime Region and the Johto League, I can confidently say that the arrival of the Stellar Crown expansion has sent a shockwave through the trainer community. The new cards are nothing short of breathtaking!
It’s been just under a month since The Pokémon Company crowned a new batch of winners at the 2024 Pokémon World Championships. While trainers are already participating in competitions to qualify for next year’s World Championships in Anaheim, a new Pokémon TCG set has just arrived with Pokémon TCG: Stellar Crown.
This fresh extension carries forward the Scarlet and Violet era, introducing more than 175 cards to battle, as well as featuring many Illustration Rare cards showcasing striking designs. Terapagos is a notable inclusion, debuting in the TCG for the first time with an extraordinary Special Illustration Rare artwork that has collectors eagerly anticipating it. Familiar faces like Bulbasaur and Squirtle receive unique artwork, while Hydrapple and Dachsbun cards showcase the new characters with vibrant panache. Additionally, several trainers such as Briar, Lacey, Kofu, and Crispin are also featured, providing a spotlight for them.
The “Pokémon Trading Card Game: Stellar Crown” is now accessible at the Pokémon Center, certain merchants, and local card stores. You can buy individual packs or themed boxes and bundles from these locations. For a comprehensive list of every card in this new set, make sure to visit the official card gallery.
