Prime Video is doubling down on MrBeast.
The streaming service Amazon Video has announced a two-season extension for the reality competition show “Beast Games,” which is fronted and co-produced by none other than Jimmy Donaldson, an incredibly famous YouTube personality.
Initially, the first season of the show featured 1,000 competitors vying for a $5 million cash reward. Towards the end of the series, though, this prize amount was suddenly doubled in a high-risk game that could either make or break them. Moreover, throughout the season, Donaldson handed out numerous other prizes totaling millions, such as a private island.
After stating that he had lost millions during the show, Donaldson emphasized his intention to create the most extravagant competition series ever seen. A two-season renewal should provide him with additional opportunities to carry out this idea fully. Amazon has confirmed that Donaldson will resume his role as both host and executive producer for the upcoming seasons.
Amazon Prime Video has announced that the unscripted series “Beast Games” holds the record for the highest number of views among all series on their platform since its launch in December, with a grand total of approximately 50 million viewers.

He went on to say that due to its phenomenal first season, we are excited to announce that not one, but two more seasons of ‘Beast Games’ will be produced.
