Actor Myles Bullock, recognized for his roles in Starz’s “BMF” and Peacock’s “Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist,” has been cast as a main character in the upcoming revival of “Prison Break.
Hulu, along with Mayans MC’s showrunner Elgin James, is responsible for reviving the old Fox series featuring Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell.
Or, more informally:
Hulu, together with Mayans MC’s boss Elgin James, is bringing back the old Fox series starring Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell in a new version.
Two familiar faces will not reappear in the upcoming “Prison Break” revival, a fresh interpretation of the original idea but sharing the same universe. Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger are set to take the lead roles in this new version of “Prison Break”.

The original cast members won’t be back for the next season of “Prison Break”, which is a fresh spin on the storyline but still based in the same universe as the original. Leading roles in this reboot are filled by Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger.

For the new “Prison Break” series, there will be no return of the two main characters. Instead, it offers a fresh look at the plot within the same world as the original show. The leads for this revival are Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger.
The initial series first aired on Fox in 2005, focusing on Michael Scofield (Miller), a structural engineer who resorts to armed robbery as a means to get imprisoned in the same penitentiary where his innocent brother, Lincoln Burrows (Purcell), is serving time. Scofield devises an intricate escape plan aimed at freeing his sibling, eventually drawing in numerous fellow convicts along the way.
In the new version, it’s not yet clear what the storyline or idea will be, but it’s known that Browning portrays a former soldier transitioning to a corrections officer, who accepts a position at one of America’s most dangerous prisons. On the other hand, Gage is depicted as a politician, and Rodger is an inmate who has been serving his sentence for 10 years already.
Bullock will play a shot caller in the penitentiary.
James shares the roles of showrunner and executive producer alongside Dawn Olmstead, the original creator Paul Scheuring, Marty Adelstein, and Neal H. Moritz.
Bullock has been a guest on series like Marvel’s Runaways, Criminal Minds, and S.W.A.T., and also stars in the 20th Century Studios reboot of White Men Can’t Jump.
In “Fight Night,” a true crime limited series produced by Peacock, he shared screen time with Samuel L. Jackson, Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, and Dexter Darden. This show is adapted from the popular iHeartPodcasts series and follows the notorious armed robbery that took place during Muhammad Ali’s iconic 1970 return fight.
Bullock is repped by IAG.
