However, she has assured everyone of their safety. Although relieved, Priyanka also conveyed her sorrow over the destruction, describing her heart as feeling ‘heavy.’

On January 16th, 2025, Priyanka Chopra posted on Instagram images of the devastation caused by the wildfires in Los Angeles, California. In her caption, she expressed her feelings by writing, “I adore you, LA. My heart is filled with such sorrow.

To assure everyone that her family is safe, Priyanka stated, “Though I’m extremely thankful for my family’s well-being, it’s heartbreaking to see how many friends, work associates, and fellow Los Angeles residents have suffered tremendous losses due to these fires. Entire families have been displaced, and communities have been destroyed, creating a huge demand for rebuilding efforts and support.

The actress publicly thanked the individuals who were working diligently to limit the impact, saying, “To the firefighters, emergency personnel, and selfless volunteers – you are genuine heroes.
