- Raid: Shadow Legends is adding a major new set of characters to its roster
- Loki, Thor, Odin and more!
- You’ll be able to grab the new characters from August 21st to October 24th
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must admit that Raid: Shadow Legends has always been a game that catches my eye. And now, they’re adding a new set of characters inspired by Norse mythology? Count me in!
Starting from August 21st until October 24th, action role-playing game Raid: Shadow Legends, a frequent element in YouTube Sponsorships, is introducing four new characters to its lineup. The latest additions are Loki The Deceiver, Thor Faehammer, Odin Faefather, and Freya Fateweaver, who will join your team as legendary champions.
As a fervent admirer, I find myself drawn into the epic clash known as The Asgard Divide. In this tale, Loki, the trickster god, is on a mission to liberate Teleria from divine manipulation. His strategy involves stirring up chaos by awakening the Fire Knight and thawing the Waters of Life, which would ignite a destructive power struggle among the gods. However, this reckless move doesn’t sit well with the rest of Asgard. Upon Odin’s command, I find myself standing shoulder to shoulder with Thor, determined to foil Loki’s treacherous plan.
As a devoted admirer, I’m excited to share some exciting news about acquiring our beloved characters! Starting from this loyalty event spanning 14 days, you can add Loki to your collection. From September 6th to the 20th, Thor will be available in the Mixed Fusion event. During the Asgard Divide event, you’ll have the opportunity to get Freyja and Odin by gathering shards. And here’s a tantalizing tidbit for you – Odin will be appearing as a boss in an exclusive limited-time dungeon!
Norse legends
It seems that the latest batch of champions in Raid is aligned with their new strategic direction. This could imply an abundance of mythological or fictional historical characters, which might not appeal to those who prefer a fantasy setting. However, if it’s successful, then so be it, we’ll just need to watch how they continue to innovate with this approach.
