Rian Johnson’s third movie in the Knives Out series, titled Wake Up Dead Man, is set to debut at the 69th BFI London Film Festival.
Daniel Craig and the team behind the Netflix movie, who play key roles such as private detective Benoit Blanc, are set to grace the red carpet for the grand premiere on October 8th at London’s Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall.
In this vibrant ensemble, Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church join forces to take on Blanc’s riskiest case to date.

In “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery,” Johnson further develops his unique narrative style, building upon the groundwork set by “Knives Out” and “Glass Onion.” This film is a production of Johnson and Ram Bergman’s T-Street company.
The debut of “Wake Up Dead Man” at an international level celebrates a significant connection between the director-writer and the BFI London Film Festival. Previously, “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” concluded the 66th edition in 2022, while the first film premiered as the 63rd festival’s Amex gala back in 2019.
