As a passionate gamer and nature enthusiast, I can’t help but be drawn to the captivating Fall/Winter 2024 campaign by ROA. The Italian footwear and hiking-oriented brand have always had a deep connection with nature, and this new campaign takes us on a breathtaking journey through the Swiss Alps.
The Italian shoe brand ROA understands that life should be enjoyed in nature’s beauty. To highlight their connection with the great outdoors, they have unveiled their new Fall/Winter 2024 campaign, which takes place among the breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps.
Heading to Ticino, Switzerland, the brand sought to explore the peaceful and restorative aspects of life in the valley for its latest collection. To bring this concept to fruition, ROA collaborated with Nickki McClarron for photography and used Manuel Pauli’s Tre Tetti house and Mario Botta’s Casa Bianchi as captivating backdrops.
In contrast to the two impressive structures and their surrounding setting, the advertising highlights both modernist and postmodernist design elements, as well as the inherent beauty of nature. The primary objective of these spaces is to showcase the versatility, functionality, and hybrid nature of the FW24 collection. The images unveil an assortment of puffer coats, technical jackets, sweaters, body-con pieces, and soft tops, among other items. Regardless of the specific article of clothing, the entire wardrobe is designed to adapt to various environments – be it urban or rural landscapes.
