As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of crossovers and collaborations between video games and pop culture icons. But this latest rumor about Rocket League getting cosmetics inspired by Deadpool and Wolverine has me purring with excitement!
In a departure from the usual fast-paced and precise gameplay of Rocket League, Epic Games is preparing to introduce more aggressive and eye-catching cosmetic items that are sure to rev up your engines.

It seems that every man and his dog were eager to obtain the Deadpool & Wolverine license before the release of the new film featuring Ryan Gosling and Hugh Jackman.
I was excited to see Microsoft introduce a large-scale collaboration first, and it seemed Activision was also eyeing anti-hero intellectual property. But then, Epic Games surprised us all by securing the rights and releasing an array of cosmetic items in Fortnite.
According to leaker “SamLeakss,” Rocket League may receive new decals for popular cars like the Octane, Fennec, and Dominus, inspired by Marvel superheroes.
SamLeakss additionally asserts that the merging of Deadpool and Wolverine elements will result in Goal Explosion, Topper, and Wheels in Goal Explosion mode for Fortnite, and Rocket Racing will receive analogous items.
PUMA leaked to launch Rocket League decals into Fortnite
If Wolverine’s claws weren’t sufficient, the leak suggests that PUMA is planning to introduce Rocket League decals for Rocket Racing in Fortnite as well. The source alleges that PUMA’s football team-themed car skins will be added to the game.
If the leaked information is accurate, you would be able to represent the colors of AC Milan, FC Dortmund, Marseille, and others while racing through Fortnite’s maps by sporting their distinctive stripes.
With Deadpool and Wolverine’s latest movies now released in theaters, it’s only a matter of time before they team up for a collaborative project with PUMA. The exact release date for this potential partnership may still be some way off.
