Approximately a year ago, Salehe Bembury announced his move to put his sneaker design skills to use at PUMA, focusing on the PUMA Hoops division. At the start of this year, he unveiled a joint lifestyle sneaker project. Since then, he’s been fairly low-key until recently. This month, Bembury introduced Tyrese Haliburton’s first signature shoe, the PUMA Hali 1, as we approached the NBA Finals, and now he’s back with more news.

Finally, enthusiasts of sneakers can look forward to obtaining a Salehe Bembury x PUMA shoe. The upcoming design collaboration, known as the PUMA Velum, will be released during Paris Fashion Week in the coming week. Featuring an orange foundation, it boasts a vibrant blend of brown, yellow, red, and gray accents. This color-intensive mix is characteristic of Bembury’s distinctive style. Additionally, we anticipate that both PUMA and Velum tongue branding will be accompanied by a co-branding mark at the medial heel, as observed on the initial green colorway.
