Salman Khan claims film releases don’t make him nervous ahead of Sikandar hitting screens, but what does will shock you

Bollywood icon Salman Khan is preparing for the premiere of his highly anticipated movie titled Sikandar, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film will debut in cinemas on March 30th. As its release date nears, the star confessed that while film releases don’t rattle him, performances and shows do, as they reveal his authentic self more directly.

In a recent interview with CNN-News 18, Salman shared that he remains unfazed by film releases but finds live performances challenging. He confessed, “I do feel anxious when performing at concerts or shows. I even felt anxious during my stint as the host of 10 Ka Dum (game show) and Bigg Boss, because these platforms reveal my true self.

In my own words, I want to clarify that I don’t stick to pre-written scripts during interactions like this one. Sometimes, what I say might be open to misinterpretation or taken out of context, which wasn’t my intention.

More recently, the creators of Sikandar revealed a new song for the movie’s soundtrack. Entitled “Hum Aapke Bina,” this tune is performed by Arijit Singh, with music produced by Pritam and words written by Sameer.

The music video showcases tender scenes between Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna’s on-screen relationship, enhancing the film’s romantic atmosphere. Before this release, the album previously featured songs such as Zohra Jabeen for Eid, Bam Bam Bhole for Holi, and the dance track Sikandar Naache.

Under the direction of A.R. Murugadoss, who gained fame with Ghajini, and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the upcoming movie titled Sikandar will star Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role. This high-octane film is scheduled to hit theaters for an Eid 2025 release.

As a devoted film enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has bestowed upon us a U/A certificate. This means that the movie will run for approximately 2 hours and 16 minutes. An exceptional ensemble cast graces our screens with Prateik Babbar, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Anjini Dhawan, and Sathyaraj taking on crucial roles in this production.
